Job Description

Consultant optimizing facilities and construction categories for non-acute healthcare market. Engaging stakeholders, analyzing data, and driving performance improvements across projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with client stakeholders to optimize facilities and construction categories
  • Support the integration of suppliers and pricing across the full project lifecycle
  • Analyze data, generate strategic insights, and drive performance improvement initiatives
  • Manage request for proposal (RFP) processes and coordinate evaluations
  • Benchmark vendor pricing against contract pricing to identify savings opportunities
  • Collaborate with client departments to support contracting activities
  • Review architectural documents and specifications for supplier alignment
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships while negotiating pricing
  • Lead initiatives to improve client compliance with contract portfolios
  • Design and execute project work plans, including tracking savings outcomes
  • Partner with non-acute market leadership to advance facilities and construction performance
  • Participate in strategic planning and pipeline review activities

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree preferred
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required
  • Experience in architectural, engineering, construction, or related fields
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience in consulting, analytics, or healthcare supply chain procurement preferred
  • Proficiency in AI technology, Excel, and Power BI
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables
