Job Description
Consultant handling IT emergency management for diverse projects. Helping clients with IT security and crisis management solutions while enhancing resilience and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- We embrace new challenges with passion and provide confident, collaborative and sustainable consulting.
- We help our clients meet requirements, laws and standards, focusing on practical and customized solutions.
- Learn to identify vulnerabilities and help clients improve security with IT emergency concepts, restart and recovery plans, and data backup strategies — on-site and remotely.
- Participate in security incidents, response and recovery procedures, and emergency measures in the cloud.
- Support our clients in ensuring their operational continuity.
- Raise clients' emergency awareness through awareness workshops, IT emergency exercises, as well as failover and functional tests.
Requirements:
- Practical experience in system integration, e.g. in data center administration or in IT service at a systems integrator, or alternatively a university degree in IT (e.g. (business) informatics, Cyber Security Management or similar).
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and IT operations, plus initial experience in IT emergency management or with ITIL-compliant operational processes.
- Motivation to work into complex topics, pragmatic problem-solving skills and a confident professional demeanor.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German.
