Job Description
Medicaid Systems Transition Manager enhancing IT operations for government clients by managing Medicaid system upgrades. Collaborating with teams to ensure seamless service integration.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison to the customer for design, development, implementation, and certification, as well as maintenance, modification, and enhancement activities during transitions
- Collaborate with other teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration of services
- Follow all approved plans, procedures, and protocol guides
- Manage project and scope coordination during development, deployment, integration and certification
- Project scheduling and provision of resources
- Lead other project managers during transitions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of IT experience, including at least 4 years managing multi-supplier projects, or similar complex integration efforts, preferably on state government contracts
- 2 years of experience with Medicaid Enterprise Certification Toolkit, Outcomes Based Certification, Streamlined Modular Certification, or related certification efforts
- Working knowledge of Medicaid Transformation Initiative, Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) 3.0, and the CMS Seven Standards and Conditions
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- PMP Certification or equivalent
