Job Description

Contract Recruiter for CLEAResult, driving recruitment for a mission-driven, energetic workforce. Engaging with managers to deliver exceptional candidates while enhancing recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Energetically cultivating relationships with managers at various levels of the organization, to leverage in finding and delivering exceptional candidates for open vacancies
  • Building the plane as you fly it; flawlessly execute a recruitment process, while simultaneously reconstructing it to be best in class
  • Resourcefully advise managers and business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis to develop customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale
  • Resiliently focused on finding the strongest candidates to help us move the business forward – then shepherding their hiring experience with the utmost passion and grace
  • Representing the CLEAResult brand proudly with every interaction, as you deeply vet candidates for open vacancies, partner with various vendors, or collaborate with other organizations
  • Supporting members of the Recruiting team
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other members of the People Team to help guide our mission forward

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of progressive recruitment experience
  • A track record of navigating various obstacles in relation to sourcing and recruiting
  • The ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms. Experience with Paradox is a major differentiator
  • An affinity for data and the important role its application plays in success
  • Knowledge and free thought of the labor market and current trends
  • The relentless desire to continue to learn and grow professionally.
