Job Description
Country/Regional Manager driving market strategy for a globally recognized brokerage in Vietnam. Overseeing client acquisition and building an affiliate network within the financial sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall market strategy for Vietnam
- Drive client acquisition, deposits, and trading volume growth
- Build, manage, and scale a high-performing IB and affiliate network
- Establish strategic partnerships within trading communities and fintech ecosystems
- Lead local sales and business development initiatives
- Represent the business as the key market ambassador in Vietnam.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Proven experience within FX, CFD, or online trading environments
- Strong existing network of IBs, affiliates, or trading communities in Vietnam
- Background in roles such as Country Manager, Head of Sales/Business Development, or Senior Affiliate/IB Manager
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and client acquisition
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale operations independently
- Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, high-ownership environment
