Job Description
Account Program Manager guiding Collibra’s federal customers through enterprise SaaS adoption, implementation, and risk mitigation. Coordinating technical teams to drive retention, renewals, and long-term account success.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned federal accounts and build trusted relationships with stakeholders, system integrators, and partners
- Establish long-term relationships with government customers and understand their strategic goals and business impact
- Align Collibra services and product capabilities with customer objectives, technical needs, and success criteria
- Support renewals and expansion by demonstrating technical value and best practices
- Guide onboarding, deployment, upgrades, and ongoing operations
- Coordinate technical discussions, architecture reviews, solution design sessions, product functionality, and roadmap meetings
- Assist with documentation, technical presentations, and government stakeholder briefings
- Coordinate Support, Services, and Customer Engineering on projects and initiatives
- Ensure projects and implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer goals
- Drive alignment on goals, success criteria, and acceptance milestones
- Track project progress and provide status updates to customers and internal leadership
- Manage scope, risks, issues, and dependencies across concurrent projects
- Deliver customer reports based on business objectives
- Identify and track customer risk indicators and lead risk mitigation with Sales and technical teams
- Advocate for customer needs internally and influence product roadmap and prioritization
- Manage escalations and coordinate cross-functional resolution with Support, Product, and Engineering
- Provide product feedback based on customer use cases and requirements
- Execute customer success and remediation plans, lead account team meetings, and develop relationships with key customer contacts
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar)
- Experience supporting U.S. federal government customers (civilian, DoD, or IC)
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in regulated or high-security environments
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience deploying enterprise solutions
- Knowledge of government hierarchy and operations
- Strong business insight and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and NIST 800-53
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), especially GovCloud or equivalent
- Experience working with system integrators
- Solid technical background in data management
- Active or eligible U.S. Government security clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen residing on U.S. soil
