Job Description
Customer Account Manager responsible for driving revenue growth by managing key business relationships. Focus on solution selling and developing long-term client relationships in a software sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Driving revenue growth by building and managing strategic accounts
- Developing long-term client relationships and key business relationships
- Solution selling, account planning, prospecting to identify high-quality clients
- Positioning Redwood as a business partner to address client goals
- Fostering strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Creating proposals and negotiating deals
- Acting as the key interface between the customer and service delivery areas
- Helping identify and manage risks within client engagements
Requirements:
- Experience in Business-to-Business and software sales background
- Proven track record in Account Management
- Possess initiative, business acumen, confidence, and a competitive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to provide solutions and change behavior in support of business goals and objectives
- Strong interpersonal skills to include verbal and written communication
- Adeptly handling complex and dynamic requirements and deadlines with minimum impact on job responsibilities
