Job Description
Customer Service Specialist providing exceptional service to customers in both Spanish and English. Responsible for addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction primarily over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to customers primarily over the phone
- Address customer inquiries and resolve problems
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate strong multitasking skills
- Work with multiple technology systems
- Show ownership and a proactive approach to problem-resolution
Requirements:
- Full fluency in Spanish and English
- Previous customer service experience in an inbound call center or similar environment is strongly preferred
- Experience using various modern computer systems, software applications, and communication tools
- Demonstrated experience in resolving conflict and creating customer satisfaction in difficult situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred but not required
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required
