Job Description
Customer Service Specialist providing assistance to inquiries from Alberta Blue Cross members via phone. Educating members about health coverage plans and programs.
Responsibilities:
- respond to telephone inquiries from members
- educate customers on Blue Cross plans and programs
- follow up on customer requests
- suggest improvements for workflows and processes
- log all calls for statistical purposes
Requirements:
- previous call centre experience preferred
- bilingual fluency in English and French is an asset
- strong listening and problem-solving skills
- ability to handle complex inquiries
- optimistic outlook
- advanced customer service skills
