Job Description

Demand Generation Manager responsible for driving growth through data-driven strategies and ABM campaigns. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Digital teams for customer-centric initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end demand generation strategy, driving pipeline, conversion and revenue
  • Develop and execute vertical-specific campaigns and ABM strategies aligned with business goals, in partnership with Sales
  • Analyze funnel performance, lead quality and KPIs for continuous optimization and maximizing ROI
  • Translate market and customer insights into targeted messaging, content and campaigns
  • Manage campaign planning, budgets, timelines, dashboards and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional/global stakeholders, developing the team and promoting accountability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields
  • MBA is desirable
  • Previous experience in B2B marketing, demand generation and vertical marketing or ABM
  • Strong experience with CRM, marketing automation and targeting tools (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Demandbase, etc.)
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline and improving conversion
  • Fluent English; Spanish desirable
