Job Description
Sales GTM Strategy & Transformation Director leading strategic initiatives and collaborating across teams at Cisco. Developing growth plans and guiding a sales strategy team to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Annual/Long Range strategic sales growth plans
- Identify, develop, and lead high-impact strategic sales initiatives
- Use market research, business, and competitive intelligence
- Lead and guide a dynamic Sales GTM Strategy & Transformation team
- Present the growth plan and priorities to senior executives
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Advocate for and implement change management practices
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience including management consulting, strategy, or sales
- BA/BS Degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven experience in management consulting or equivalent, focusing on strategy and transformation
- Strong skills in framing and structuring business problems
- Experience translating business priorities into actionable GTM programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
