Job Description

Sales GTM Strategy & Transformation Director leading strategic initiatives and collaborating across teams at Cisco. Developing growth plans and guiding a sales strategy team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Annual/Long Range strategic sales growth plans
  • Identify, develop, and lead high-impact strategic sales initiatives
  • Use market research, business, and competitive intelligence
  • Lead and guide a dynamic Sales GTM Strategy & Transformation team
  • Present the growth plan and priorities to senior executives
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Advocate for and implement change management practices

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience including management consulting, strategy, or sales
  • BA/BS Degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proven experience in management consulting or equivalent, focusing on strategy and transformation
  • Strong skills in framing and structuring business problems
  • Experience translating business priorities into actionable GTM programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
