Job Description
Director leading integrated marketing campaigns for Nerdio’s Microsoft cloud management platform. Driving pipeline across enterprise IT and MSP audiences through multi-channel programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns driving pipeline, engagement, and brand growth across enterprise IT and MSP customer segments
- Own the integrated marketing calendar end-to-end, aligning campaign themes, messaging, and channel mix with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams
- Build and lead cohesive multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, web, field/events, partner, ABM, and paid channels
- Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content, Partner Marketing, Sales, and Design to coordinate campaign execution
- Establish and refine marketing program processes, workflows, tools, campaign briefs, project tracking, and calendar cadence
- Design and execute segment- and audience-specific programs for enterprise IT teams and MSPs
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks; measure pipeline contribution, engagement, funnel conversion, and ROI
- Manage the integrated marketing budget and agency/vendor relationships
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of marketing program/campaign managers
- Ensure campaigns reflect Nerdio's voice, quality bar, and positioning in AVD, Windows 365, and Microsoft 365 management
- Serve on the Marketing Leadership Team and act as a right hand to the CMO
- Prepare leadership reviews and board-level updates, align the marketing team on priorities, and lead CMO special projects
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
- 3+ years managing integrated campaigns or marketing programs at a SaaS, cloud, or IT infrastructure/software company
- Proven track record building and executing multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Strong program/project management skills
- Experience partnering with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to align campaigns with GTM strategy
- Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign tooling, including HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and project management platforms
- Experience defining KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and translating insights into action
- Experience marketing to technical/IT audiences is a strong plus
- People-management experience with a track record of developing high-performing marketing teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Comfort building and preparing executive-level materials, such as leadership updates and board presentations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
