Job Description
Director of Business Development overseeing waterproofing solutions for civil infrastructure in North America. Responsible for client relationships, project pursuits, and technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and project pursuits in the waterproofing solutions sector
- Develop and deliver waterproofing solutions for civil infrastructure
- Work with a multidisciplined internal team including engineering and construction operations
- Provide training programs for field crews, PMs, and BDMs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in business development or related field
- Strong technical understanding of waterproofing solutions
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Experience in public projects and advanced waterproofing solutions
- Must be willing to travel 50% of the time
