Job Description

Director of US Marketing developing and implementing marketing strategies for healthcare solutions at Johnson & Johnson. Leading a team to drive commercial initiatives within the U.S. market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a coordinated Business Plan to reach financial goals for the business.
  • Establish an annual Marketing Plan aligned to budget and implement promotional tactics.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to enhance the MONARCH™ Value Proposition.
  • Develop new concepts and products, portfolio management and prioritization of new opportunities through financial modeling and gap analysis.
  • Coordinate profitability, forecast, and market share attainment.
  • Apply market research and analytics to gain insights to help prioritize resources and adapt tactics as needed.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the field on promotional activities.
  • Support development of evidence generation plan to strengthen the value proposition.
  • Work with various business partners on market access strategy and tactics.
  • Work compliantly and within regulatory guidelines to achieve goals.
  • Work closely with field leadership, marketing partners, finance, customer excellence team and data analytics team to ensure appropriate resources and organizational alignment to capitalize on short-term and long-term business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • MBA (Master of Business Administration) or advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant business experience (Sales and Marketing).
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing.
  • At least 2 years of healthcare experience with proven success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate and achieve business impact across the organization.
  • Leadership, effective communication, relationship development, collaboration, project management and organizational influence skills.

  • Vacation –120 hours per calendar year.
  • Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year.
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year.
  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
  • Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child.
  • Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year.
  • Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period.
  • 10 days Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year.
  • Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year.
