Job Description

Director, People Business Partner driving performance and people initiatives at Clearway Health. Collaborating with leaders to enhance engagement and accelerate growth in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable people initiatives that enhance team performance and fuel business growth.
  • Lead change and transformation initiatives as a trusted coach and implementation advisor.
  • Design and facilitate engaging developmental workshops that build managerial capability and raise the bar for people leadership.
  • Drive workforce and capacity planning to ensure the right structure, roles, and talent are in place for rapid growth.
  • Deliver organization design support to improve agility, collaboration, and execution.
  • Collaborate with Talent team to attract, onboard, and develop top talent aligned to the company’s mission and growth trajectory.
