Job Description

Director of Sales managing B2B technical sales team for Zscaler Red Canary. Responsible for defining sales goals, mentoring teams, and optimizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining territory sales goals with leadership team and implement processes, infrastructure and hiring to attain goals and quotas
  • Hiring, leading and mentoring your team through weekly 1:1 and coaching to strategize and accurately forecast to the leadership team
  • Collaborating with our Revenue Operations, Customer Success, SDR, Channel team and Marketing teams to optimize sales and customer satisfaction
  • Building strategies and develop materials vital to accelerate customer acquisition
  • Nurturing lasting business relationships with customers through consultative sales tactics and effective account management practices

Requirements:

  • 7+ years closing experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in the information security industry
  • 3+ years experience managing, hiring, mentoring and training field sales team
  • Proven sales track record with strong focus on new customers.
