Job Description
Director, Sales - DRS Specialist responsible for strategic business development and achieving sales objectives in the retail sector. Collaborating with partners to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the strategic results of business development within the retail sector
- Achieve sales objectives consistent with company growth strategy
- Create growth plans and forecasts
- Establish relationships with customer decision makers
- Identify opportunities and determine solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing relationships with and selling multiple, integrated product/service solutions to Enterprise Retail accounts
- Minimum of 3 years experience selling and managing a premium in the relevant market
- 5+ years experience in solutions sales to Retail sector customer (preferred)
- 3+ years experience managing a team of employees selling a premium in the relevant market (preferred)
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Sales, Marketing or Business / Business Management
