Job Description

Director, Sales - DRS Specialist responsible for strategic business development and achieving sales objectives in the retail sector. Collaborating with partners to drive market penetration and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the strategic results of business development within the retail sector
  • Achieve sales objectives consistent with company growth strategy
  • Create growth plans and forecasts
  • Establish relationships with customer decision makers
  • Identify opportunities and determine solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing relationships with and selling multiple, integrated product/service solutions to Enterprise Retail accounts
  • Minimum of 3 years experience selling and managing a premium in the relevant market
  • 5+ years experience in solutions sales to Retail sector customer (preferred)
  • 3+ years experience managing a team of employees selling a premium in the relevant market (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Sales, Marketing or Business / Business Management
