Job Description

Distributor Account Manager overseeing the growth and retention of distributor accounts for Diversey – A Solenis Company. Focusing on strategic plans and sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle for a portfolio of distributor accounts, building strong direct relationships and working closely with internal teams to deliver value
  • Develop and deliver clear business objectives aligned with company goals to win, grow, and retain customers
  • Create joint business plans with each distributor and review performance through quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure full operational support and timely delivery of agreed objectives
  • Manage and develop a healthy sales pipeline, driving conversion of new business opportunities within your account portfolio
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer and distributor needs to provide tailored, value-added solutions
  • Build strong knowledge of distributor business models and regional account structures
  • Partner with distributor sales teams on joint sales activities, both internally and externally
  • Work with channel partners to drive organic growth through promotional planning and new product/innovation sales
  • Ensure agreed service levels are met and support end-user engagement through collaboration with territory teams
  • Communicate product listings, pricing, and commercial terms effectively to relevant stakeholders
