Job Description
District Sales Manager responsible for managing dealership sales and marketing activities in Eastern Quebec. Ensures customer satisfaction and reaches sales performance objectives through targeted strategies and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- District Sales Managers are responsible for administering the sales and service agreements between General Motors of Canada and its dealer network within their assigned territory.
- They are accountable for all vehicle sales and marketing activities in their district and serve as trusted advisors to dealerships.
- Develop and implement a business plan to achieve the district’s customer satisfaction objectives.
- Implement the regional priority dealer strategy of the PDSS program.
- Support dealers in executing elements of the retail sales excellence program.
- Ensure dealers maximize the effectiveness of their business development efforts.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- Unrestricted mobility and willingness to relocate
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with the ability to lead and adapt to change
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Valid driver’s license (Class G)
- Availability to travel
