Job Description
Sales Support Agent providing customer service for home delivery of frozen food and wine. Engaging with customers to manage orders and special promotions with a friendly approach.
Responsibilities:
- Call customers to update delivery times, reschedule, or take new orders
- Help with orders, cancellations, reschedules, and general questions via phone or email
- Create happy customers with your empathy and positivity!
Requirements:
- Secondary school diploma
- Native Dutch or French
- Basic PC skills
- Sales or hospitality experience = a plus!
