Job Description
Large Enterprise Account Executive scaling Dandy’s dental technology sales. Winning complex enterprise agreements and rollouts with U.S. dental service organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify client leads through discovery calls
- Identify and break into large multi-region dental service organizations (DSOs)
- Identify and call prospective dentists' offices within DSO portfolios to stimulate new client acquisition
- Contribute to the direction of the growing sales team
- Partner with an Inside AE using a hybrid top-down and bottom-up approach to win large enterprise accounts
- Track sales activity meticulously in Salesforce and exceed sales goals
- Help define Dandy's large enterprise and strategic sales processes
- Develop deep knowledge of the dental industry and refine Dandy's value proposition for the segment
- Collaborate with senior sales leadership to meet high-level KPIs and revenue targets
- Build, execute, and scale sales efforts for large enterprise and strategic channels
- Win master agreements, pilots, and large rollouts with large group practices and DSOs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Deep experience closing deals, including selling directly to C-Suite stakeholders
- Enterprise client experience is a plus
- Commitment to continuous improvement and willingness to learn new sales concepts through rigorous training
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
- Highly skilled and organized in Salesforce or a related CRM
- Overall track record of professional success
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States for Dandy
- Outstanding professional references are a bonus
- Experience with marketplace models is a bonus
- Relentlessly positive attitude, strong sense of humor, and ability to have fun at work are bonus qualifications
