Job Description

Enterprise Account Executive selling Redis Enterprise, a real-time data platform and database, to Quebec businesses. Building pipeline, closing net-new logos, and exceeding territory quotas through consultative enterprise software sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy plan to drive revenue growth for the assigned territory
  • Identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with internal teams
  • Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives
  • Build trusted relationships with customers at executive, IT leadership, and developer levels
  • Sell Redis Enterprise, a real-time data platform and database, to enterprise customers
  • Own a territory and pursue net-new-logo opportunities
  • Present the business value of complex solutions in a simple and straightforward way

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying software sales experience to enterprise customers in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • Ability to build and execute an Account Plan to close net-new-logo opportunities in the assigned territory
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to present the business value of complex solutions simply and straightforwardly
  • Entrepreneurial and competitive mindset
  • Consultative and value-based approach to selling open source software
  • Experience with cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments
  • Must be fluent in French
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Legal eligibility to work in the country where the job is located
