Job Description

Enterprise Seller responsible for driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships with enterprise customers for Arango's AI Data Platform. Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance adoption and deliver value-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and expand net new business by consistently generating pipeline meetings through targeted prospecting activities
  • Leverage the MEDDPIC playbook to qualify opportunities rigorously
  • Maintain the highest level of CRM hygiene in Salesforce
  • Deliver compelling presentations tailored to highlight Arango’s unique value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Presales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Commit to weekly pipeline review and forecast accuracy
  • Travel as necessary to engage with key customers
  • Other duties as assigned to support the business

Requirements:

  • 3-7+ years in IT infrastructure and large enterprise selling
  • In-region experience is critical
  • Domain experience = any vendor within the Data & AI world, i.e., Databricks, Neo4j, Snowflake, any DB vendor, any AI vendors
  • Hunter mentality is key
  • Ability to go high and wide within the existing install base
  • Deep expertise in the MEDDPIC sales methodology
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven, leveraging metrics and insights to guide decisions
  • Native French speaker
  • Must speak fluent-level English
