Job Description
Enterprise Account Manager in AI-enabled translation services, expanding customer relationships and developing strategic client partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Expand relationships with existing customers
- Develop strategic relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Resolve customer issues and maintain trust
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts
Requirements:
- Proven experience as enterprise/key account manager
- Past experience within the localization industry is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and another language
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business or related discipline is required
