Job Description

Epic Professional Billing Analyst supporting healthcare revenue cycle by resolving tickets and optimizing workflows. Collaboration with client teams to ensure stability and continuous improvement in Epic Professional Billing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the calm problem-solver behind the scenes—support Epic stability and revenue cycle workflows
  • Resolving tickets, handling break-fix issues, and delivering optimization projects
  • Act as an extension of a client’s Epic team, supporting day-to-day stability and continuous improvement
  • Triage and resolve incoming tickets
  • Handle break-fix work by troubleshooting workflows and implementing safe fixes
  • Configure/update Epic build within specialty area
  • Plan and execute appropriate testing (unit/integrated/regression)
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with client stakeholders and internal teammates
  • Deliver small optimization projects (for Senior roles)

Requirements:

  • Current Epic certification in Professional Billing
  • Broad working knowledge of Epic Professional Billing and an understanding of how modules and workflows connect
  • 2+ years of experience in an analyst role focused on problem-solving, requirements gathering, testing, and system implementation (Analyst Level)
  • 4 –5+ years of experience independently delivering analyst work (Senior Analyst Level)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfort working across systems, data, and stakeholder inputs
  • Strong written and verbal communication
