Job Description
Event Manager specializing in full-cycle project management for iGaming events. Working remotely from Europe with potential business trips to coordinate logistics and branding activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle project management: from creative idea and planning to production, logistics, and on-site delivery.
- Develop and implement concepts for merchandise, branded gifts, and packaging that align with the company’s brand identity.
- Research, select, and negotiate with contractors and suppliers across production, printing, packaging, and logistics.
- Ensure quality control at every stage, maintaining deadlines and agreed standards.
- Manage project budgets, handle financial documentation, and prepare detailed expense reports.
- Organize and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock tracking and inventory management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to bring creative event and merchandise ideas to life.
- Provide post-event analysis, evaluate project effectiveness, and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a full-cycle Event Manager.
- Advanced English, Fluent Russian or Ukrainian
- Proven knowledge of supplier and production markets, with the ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Financial awareness and ability to manage and report on project budgets.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and creativity, with the ability to contribute ideas for merchandise and packaging.
- Nice to have: background in design, understanding of branding principles, and familiarity with printing processes.
