Job Description
Talent marketing specialist driving event marketing, paid media, and Indeed sourcing campaigns for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions. Building data-driven candidate pipelines and optimizing lead-to-hire conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute go-to-market campaigns across events and Indeed sourcing
- Drive candidate consideration and improve lead-to-hire conversion
- Define audience targeting and flighting strategies
- Manage paid media budgets and bids for Indeed
- Test and optimize paid media and sourcing campaigns
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of virtual and in-person events
- Manage event design, production, setup, logistics, communications, promotion, and post-event follow-up
- Consolidate performance data from various sources
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear recommendations
- Run A/B testing and refine messaging and creative
- Build candidate pipelines at scale for global hiring initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant marketing experience launching and scaling digital campaigns
- Proven track record delivering results through testing and deploying marketing initiatives
- Marketing background strictly required; this is not a standard recruiting position
- Individual contributor role
- Proven success leading and organizing cross-functional marketing efforts for external and internal events, digital webinars, or conferences
- Experience with event/marketing automation platforms; Zoom Webinar and Eloqua required
- Experience managing significant paid advertising budgets and optimizing ad spend through ongoing performance analysis
- Strong storytelling and content skills for candidate- and customer-facing communications
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Zoom Webinar, Eloqua, AJO, and paid ads managers
- Detail-oriented, proactive, creative problem solver who adapts when issues arise and works with minimal supervision
- Sharp analytical and quantitative skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
