Job Description

Personal Assistant supporting Adriana with administrative responsibilities and property management. Organizing travel and communication while working remotely from Barranquilla.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
  • Manage daily agendas and communication.
  • Organize domestic and international travel.
  • Execute general administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Use Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, and other administrative tools.
  • Support property visits between Barranquilla and Cartagena.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant.
  • English level: B2+.
  • Strong calendar, travel, and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite.
  • Availability to travel locally (Barranquilla–Cartagena).
