Job Description
Executive Assistant role supporting senior leadership for a global consulting organization. Requires excellent organizational skills and communication in a fast-paced international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings across US, UK, and global time zones
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and follow-ups
- Support executive email management, tracking priorities and responding where appropriate
- Assist with project coordination, documentation, and status tracking
- Work closely with leadership, delivery teams, and client stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required
- Maintain organized documentation and operational records
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of Executive Assistant or similar experience
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work full-time in US Eastern Time hours (9 AM – 5 PM ET)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
