Job Description

Executive Assistant aiding leadership with administrative tasks for a remote LatAm team at a virtual assistant service company

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating across time zones
  • Handle inbox management, email triage, and follow-ups on behalf of leadership
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, summaries, and action items
  • Assist with document creation, data entry, reporting, and light research
  • Coordinate internal workflows, reminders, and task follow-through
  • Support operational projects, special initiatives, and ad-hoc requests
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home setup
