Job Description
Executive Assistant aiding leadership with administrative tasks for a remote LatAm team at a virtual assistant service company
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating across time zones
- Handle inbox management, email triage, and follow-ups on behalf of leadership
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, summaries, and action items
- Assist with document creation, data entry, reporting, and light research
- Coordinate internal workflows, reminders, and task follow-through
- Support operational projects, special initiatives, and ad-hoc requests
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
- Reliable internet connection and professional home setup
