Job Description
Executive Assistant providing high-level administrative support to CEO. Engaging in CRM updates, meeting documentation, and research on strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Profile leads, update CRM and organize calendars, run reports.
- Document and organize work notes.
- Schedules and attend meetings (record and write minutes of the meeting)
- Client files administration and communication.
- Research new strategies and other topics/ideas for the company.
Requirements:
- **Must-have Skills / Qualification:*
- Must have 2 years of experience as an executive assistant
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge and experience with different office management software
- Responsible and very organized
- Excellent English written & verbal communication skills.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Experience working with an international reporting line.
- Must be amenable to work on graveyard shift.
- Access to a reliable computer, internet connection, and power is a must.**
- **Advantageous Skills:**
- Exposure or experience with sales is nice to have.**
