Job Description

Salesforce Administrator ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows using Salesforce and Zapier. Leading the operational backbone of the US-based marketing engine in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day health of our Salesforce environment
  • Manage objects, reporting, and dashboard integrity to provide real-time marketing insights
  • Build, monitor, and troubleshoot complex Zapier workflows and Salesforce automations
  • Conduct regular audits of our attribution systems
  • Act as the Tier 1–2 technical lead for workflow bottlenecks, Salesforce sync errors, and WordPress plugin conflicts
  • Manage WordPress updates and ensure website-to-CRM automation triggers are functioning correctly
  • Coordinate with technical vendors, manage executive project trackers, and ensure no technical "open items" fall through the cracks.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining multi-step workflows in Zapier
  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress maintenance and CMS-to-CRM integrations
  • Exceptional written English for real-time, high-stakes collaboration with U.S. leadership
  • Must be able to work the Fixed US Night Shift (EST/CST) with a stable, high-speed internet connection and a professional home office setup.
