Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat to ensure timely responses.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of permit applications for projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and permit statuses.
  • Coordinate with project managers to gather necessary documentation for permits.
  • Provide support in troubleshooting customer issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base for frequently asked questions.
  • Track and report on customer feedback to improve service processes.
  • Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with permit processes in the electrical industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
