Job Description

Executive Assistant providing administrative support, managing schedules, and collaborating with team members for remote Filipino company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar and schedule meetings
  • Handle email management and inbox follow-ups
  • Organize files and documents
  • Do basic research and data gathering
  • Coordinate with team members and clients when needed
  • Provide general admin and day-to-day support

Requirements:

  • A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions
  • Updated personal computer or laptop with webcam
  • Stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps and a backup of a pocket WiFi or Mobile Data
