Job Description

Executive Fellow advising WIL’s construction workforce intelligence initiative. Interpreting labor markets, compensation trends, and operational workforce constraints for construction decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Join workforce planning and labor market interpretation discussions
  • Contribute operational workforce analysis and framework feedback
  • Interpret compensation and hiring trends and execution-capacity constraints
  • Advise on contractor workforce visibility and regional workforce initiatives
  • Review workforce intelligence frameworks against field conditions
  • Support industry trend interpretation and operational validation

Requirements:

  • Construction leadership experience in operations, project management, preconstruction, workforce planning, estimating, labor planning, contractor growth, or field operations
  • Background such as Director of Construction, VP of Operations, Operations Manager, Senior Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Chief Estimator, Preconstruction Executive, or a similar role
  • Experience in commercial, infrastructure, mission-critical, industrial, civil, or specialty-trades construction is highly relevant
  • Open to full-time employment or project-based contract engagement
  • Remote-first with travel as partner and field work requires
  • Ability to join limited monthly remote advisory sessions
  • Interest in workforce scarcity, compensation competitiveness, and operational labor interpretation
