Job Description
Asesor de portabilidad móvil remota para Claro en Partner Service, empresa de telecomunicaciones. Contactando clientes, renovando equipos y gestionando cambios de operador.
Responsibilities:
- Contactar a clientes para portar de un operador a Claro
- Renovar equipos y gestionar portabilidad móvil Claro
- Brindar asesoría a clientes
- Participar en capacitación remota
Requirements:
- Educación secundaria
- Experiencia en portabilidad móvil; el anuncio indica “CON EXPERIENCIA”
- Capacidad de asesorar
- Disponibilidad para horario full time o semi full desde las 9:00 a. m.
- Experiencia profesional: menos de 1 año
- Residir/trabajar en Perú (indicado por “CLARO PERU” y Chiclayo)
