Job Description
Executive Partner advising CIOs through Gartner Executive Programs. Managing member relationships, customized technology solutions, briefings, and renewals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships
- Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions for clients using all ExP products
- Assess member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and develop customized service plans
- Define and deliver innovative solutions
- Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables and webinars
- Present or facilitate at ExP events where relevant
- Build a strong partnership with Gartner’s Sales organization
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure member engagement and renewal of ExP business
Requirements:
- Consulting and/or CxO roles with 15+ years of progressive technology exposure (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Block Chain, Big Data, CLOUD, etc.)
- Fluency in English,French & Dutch
- Industry background can be varied; applications welcomed from Public Sector, consumer centric industries, manufacturing, life sciences, high tech, etc.
- Demonstrate exposure to large E2E transformative initiatives having led/co-led large critical programs
- Extensive knowledge of a CIO’s focus areas and in-depth understanding of the IT industry, including Leadership, IT Operations Management, strategy and trends, and use of metrics
- Understanding of the challenges of today’s CIOs and how Gartner ETS can make the difference
- Demonstrable sales and/or business development experience with CXO-level executives
