Job Description
Business Partner de RH liderando mudança organizacional e turnaround para áreas B2B do Grupo Boticário. Conectando estratégia de pessoas a resultados no ecossistema brasileiro de beleza.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary People interface for the Commercial Excellence and Trade & Execution directorates within the B2B Vice Presidency
- Support leaders in structuring and leading change management processes
- Ensure the execution of HR subsystems and cycles
- Translate the directorates’ business challenges into pragmatic, actionable People plans
- Act as a sparring partner and mentor to executives, driving greater maturity in team management
- Structure and support organizational change in a turnaround environment
- Integrate business results with people development, engagement, and culture
Requirements:
- Proactive, future-oriented mindset
- Ability to transform abstract business challenges into modular, structured, and actionable plans
- Systems thinking combined with pragmatic, concise deliverables
- Autonomy and resilience
- Obsession with execution, meeting deadlines, and delivering high quality
- Ability to plan agendas, coordinate interfaces, and create clear, effective materials

- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably supporting commercial, trade marketing, or B2B functions
- Experience in change management, organizational restructuring, or accelerated turnaround projects
- Strong analytical skills to connect people data with business metrics
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work effectively with senior leaders
