Job Description
Außendienstmitarbeiter für JUNG-Elektroinstallations- und Smart-Home-Systeme in Nordbayern. Betreuung von Fachkunden, Bauprojekten, Schulungen und regionalen Vertriebszielen.
Responsibilities:
- Sell JUNG’s product portfolio, ranging from electrical outlets to smart home and building control systems
- Provide sales-focused support to electrical contractors, electrical wholesalers, engineering firms, architects, and residential property management companies in Bavaria, specifically the Northern Bavaria / Lower Franconia region
- Acquire and support construction projects during the planning and development stages
- Pursue and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and the Bavaria sales team
- Maintain and expand the customer network to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Conduct customer training sessions
- Present the product range and customer solutions
- Organize, support, and attend trade fairs, customer events, and in-store counter days
- Document and maintain the CRM system
- Represent the company and uphold its values
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in the electrical trade, e.g., as an electrician or electronics technician
- Further qualification as a master electrician, electrical engineering technician, or engineer (m/f/d) is an advantage but not required
- Initial experience in sales is desirable
- Good knowledge of modern electrical building technology
- Basic knowledge of other technical building systems, such as HVAC, solar shading, multimedia, and network technology
- Ability to explain complex devices and systems clearly and understandably
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire others
- Technical aptitude combined with strong commercial negotiation skills
- Motivated personality with a confident and professional manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital media
- Willingness to work primarily from a home office
- A driving license is not explicitly specified as a requirement
