Job Description

Außendienstmitarbeiter für JUNG-Elektroinstallations- und Smart-Home-Systeme in Nordbayern. Betreuung von Fachkunden, Bauprojekten, Schulungen und regionalen Vertriebszielen.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell JUNG’s product portfolio, ranging from electrical outlets to smart home and building control systems
  • Provide sales-focused support to electrical contractors, electrical wholesalers, engineering firms, architects, and residential property management companies in Bavaria, specifically the Northern Bavaria / Lower Franconia region
  • Acquire and support construction projects during the planning and development stages
  • Pursue and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and the Bavaria sales team
  • Maintain and expand the customer network to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Conduct customer training sessions
  • Present the product range and customer solutions
  • Organize, support, and attend trade fairs, customer events, and in-store counter days
  • Document and maintain the CRM system
  • Represent the company and uphold its values

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training in the electrical trade, e.g., as an electrician or electronics technician
  • Further qualification as a master electrician, electrical engineering technician, or engineer (m/f/d) is an advantage but not required
  • Initial experience in sales is desirable
  • Good knowledge of modern electrical building technology
  • Basic knowledge of other technical building systems, such as HVAC, solar shading, multimedia, and network technology
  • Ability to explain complex devices and systems clearly and understandably
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire others
  • Technical aptitude combined with strong commercial negotiation skills
  • Motivated personality with a confident and professional manner
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital media
  • Willingness to work primarily from a home office
