Job Description
Retail Sales Representative maximizing revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction across retail locations in the R.I., Eastern MA, NH Coast, and ME territory.
Responsibilities:
- Drive top-line sales across multiple product lines
- Lead engaging training and education sessions
- Ensure new and re‑merchandised stores are set on schedule
- Champion Pro Business by partnering with retail Pro Associates and distributor sales teams
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to shape sales messaging
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or related field of study is preferred, but not required
- Sales experience is preferred
- A history in the millwork or decking industry is a plus
- 3-5 overnights a month
