Job Description

Field Sales Representative managing Magnum Ice Cream sales territory in northern Austria. Strengthening brand presence and achieving sales targets through effective customer relationships, visits, and marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Independent management of the sales territory
  • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen brand presence
  • Responsible for sales and distribution targets
  • Identify market growth opportunities
  • Support retail partners and provide product advice
  • Manage deployment of company-owned frozen display freezers
  • Implement the sales strategy and promotional activities

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in field sales, ideally in the FMCG or retail environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Excellent German; English skills are a plus
  • Committed, solution-oriented and highly self-motivated
