Job Description

Assistant Finance Manager supporting accounting, budgeting, reporting, and vendor operations for JLL’s global commercial real estate and investment management business. Remote role based in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Finance Director and Site Leads with operational accounting and finance activities, reporting, and receipting
  • Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations
  • Assist with financial processes and ensure financial management requirements are completed accurately and on time
  • Populate monthly budget health-status reports
  • Review and submit accrual reports to the Finance Manager
  • Track and manage invoice documentation in shared storage
  • Provide administrative support to operations
  • Support the Facilities Manager with annual budgeting exercises
  • Complete ad-hoc and routine requests and reports from the client or Finance Manager
  • Assist with implementing industry best-practice operations
  • Identify ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards
  • Manage the local finance playbook
  • Follow established escalation procedures for finance-related concerns
  • Manage multiple complex operational matters and prioritize project completion

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in finance, facilities, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of facilities and vendor management for specialized services advantageous
  • Previous budget management experience
  • Financial analysis skills
  • Ability to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets
  • Ability to support the team as needed
  • Ability to follow firm procedures and standards while delivering accurately
  • Ability to interact comfortably with client staff and vendors
  • Ability to manage conflict and conflicting priorities
