Job Description
Marketing technology specialist maintaining Litera Foundation and marketing systems for national law firm BBK. Improving data governance, reporting, training, and user adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and continuously improve the Foundation experience management platform
- Maintain Foundation data quality, consistency, integrity, governance, usability, and reporting
- Coordinate Foundation enhancements, integrations, system testing, upgrades, and technology initiatives
- Provide user support, develop training materials and documentation, conduct user training, and support user adoption
- Partner with attorneys, Marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to understand needs and recommend solutions
- Maintain experience data for proposals, rankings, client development, attorney biographies, and marketing efforts
- Support email marketing, reporting, analytics, project management, website updates, and other marketing technology initiatives
- Develop reports, dashboards, saved searches, and data extracts
- Identify and implement workflow, process, data quality, and operational efficiency improvements
- Stay current on Foundation enhancements and marketing technology trends; assist with special projects
Requirements:
- Experience supporting or administering Litera Foundation is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing documentation, conducting user training, and supporting user adoption
- Experience with CMS, email marketing platforms, or similar marketing technology tools is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Professional discretion and sound judgment with confidential information
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three to five years of experience supporting marketing technology, experience management, CRM administration, knowledge management, or related business systems
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred
- Demonstrated experience supporting or administering Litera Foundation in a law firm or professional services environment is strongly preferred
- Preferably based in the Pacific Time Zone; Central Time Zone candidates will also be considered
- Must maintain a workspace supporting productivity, confidentiality, reliable communication, and secure handling of company and client information
