Responsibilities:

  • Own the technical operation of the account-based marketing orchestration layer
  • Translate intent-platform signals into automated, sequenced actions across marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Partner with campaign and field marketing teams to deliver programs to the right accounts at the right moment
  • Administer and improve marketing technology systems, workflows, API calls, integrations, and syncs
  • Diagnose, fix, and document system failures and performance issues
  • Design and build AI-powered workflows using qualitative signals and firmographic data for dynamic lead scoring and routing
  • Write API calls, design orchestration logic, test edge cases, and iterate based on conversion outcomes
  • Build and manage enrichment workflows combining behavioral, intent, firmographic, and web-research data
  • Create account-level intelligence profiles covering buying-committee engagement and organizational priorities
  • Document field mappings, AI orchestration logic, and routing-rule changes
  • Build self-service reporting and dashboards for campaign performance, list quality, and lead status
  • Create enablement resources for troubleshooting routine tasks and using AI tools
  • Audit marketing automation-to-CRM field mappings and establish ownership of inbound routing rules
  • Deploy agentic AI workflows and automate manual ABM orchestration sequences
  • Monitor lead-sync exceptions and ensure regressions are identified before impacting Sales

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years in B2B SaaS Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a systems-adjacent role
  • Hands-on marketing automation and CRM administration, including configuring and maintaining MAP-to-CRM syncs
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deploy an automated workflow that calls external APIs, whether webhooks, REST APIs, or LLM endpoints, in a production environment
  • Native fluency in B2B funnel mechanics: MQL definitions, lifecycle stage transitions, opportunity lifecycles, and attribution models
  • Experience coaching or enabling non-technical stakeholders on new tools, AI workflows, or self-service reporting
  • Hands-on administrative experience with intent data platforms, routing engines, and ABM orchestration
  • Prior experience building LLM-powered workflows for lead scoring, routing, or qualification
  • Comfort reading and writing JSON, working with REST APIs, and debugging integration errors independently
  • Required written application response of 200 words maximum
  • Ability to perform primarily computer-based office-environment work, including extended periods of sitting or standing

Benefits:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • 401(k) plan
  • Uncapped paid time off program for exempt employees
  • Accrual-based paid time off program for non-exempt employees
  • 14 paid holidays each year
  • Long term incentives in the form of equity
  • Short term incentives of either bonus or commission
  • AI-assisted interview process with consent requested before recording
  • Inclusive culture and employee assistance initiatives
