Job Description
Marketing Automation Specialist building GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and automated lead routing for Yokly. Designing campaigns and optimizing CRM automations from a permanent home office.
Responsibilities:
- Design campaign strategy, including target audience, messaging, and funnel flow
- Build campaign strategy inside GoHighLevel using workflows, pipelines, and triggers
- Set up GHL snapshots and SaaS mode for new accounts
- Configure automatic lead tagging, scoring, and routing to Sales
- Monitor automation performance and improve automations based on real data
- Maintain clean CRM records between GoHighLevel and the team
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, as a Graphic Artist/Graphic Designer, or in any Design-related role
- At least 1 year of experience building workflows, pipelines, or automations in any platform (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Zapier, GoHighLevel, or similar)
- A marketing brain, not just a technical one — ability to think through a campaign, not only execute someone else's
- Comfortable being hands-on and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- GoHighLevel experience is a plus, not required
- Full-time availability
- Ability to work 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time
