Job Description
Franchise partner building and leading an ambulatory care service for LANOS CARE. Managing care teams, schedules, family support, and local partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and managing your own home care service
- Leading a dedicated team and ensuring a high standard of care
- Organizing routes and staff schedules using modern care management software
- Advising and supporting families
- Collaborating with local partners
- Using clear processes, personal consultation, and support from the franchise system
Requirements:
- Experience in care or proven leadership skills are advantageous; career changers are welcome
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for self-employment
- Compassion, empathy, and the motivation to play an active role in shaping the future of care
- Willingness to establish and manage your own business or home care service
