Job Description
Appointment Setter connecting with US real estate professionals to book appointments for sales. Role involves outreach and communication to educate about services offered by Properstar.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact real estate professionals in the US market
- Clearly communicate promotional offers
- Build rapport and maintain a friendly, professional tone
- Handle initial objections confidently
- Schedule qualified appointments for the assigned Sales Rep
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up records
Requirements:
- Previous appointment setting or sales experience preferred (real estate experience is a plus)
- Confident speaking with cold or semi-cold contacts
- Friendly, persuasive, and professional communication style
- Fluent English speaker (spoken and written)
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable working independently in a freelance capacity
