Job Description
French-speaking recruiter managing end-to-end white- and blue-collar hiring for a global renewable energy client. Fully remote from Portugal or Poland, partnering with international talent acquisition teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management
- Proactively identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various sourcing channels
- Recruit for both white-collar and blue-collar positions across the French market
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing recruitment advice and market insights
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability
- Manage multiple recruitment activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS
- Collaborate with international recruitment teams to meet hiring objectives and service level agreements (SLAs)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Fluent French and good communication skills in English
- Experience recruiting white-collar and blue-collar profiles
- Strong active sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
