Job Description
Remote part-time recruiter sourcing and onboarding early childhood educators for ECE Substitutes, Inc. Building reliable staffing pipelines across Northeastern markets.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and maintain a pipeline of qualified early childhood educators
- Create and manage job postings across Indeed, social media, community platforms, and other recruiting channels
- Conduct applicant screening, interviews, follow-up, and onboarding coordination
- Build relationships with local schools, colleges, workforce organizations, and community partners
- Track recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve candidate engagement
- Meet regional staffing needs across Northeastern markets
- Track qualified candidate pipeline, deployable hires, hiring turnaround time, candidate follow-through and onboarding completion, and recruiting source effectiveness
- Adjust recruiting strategies based on workforce demand
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Demonstrated experience with social media recruiting and online job posting platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Experience recruiting hourly or high-volume talent preferred
