Job Description
Talent Acquisition Sourcer sourcing French-speaking candidates for ManpowerGroup’s European recruitment projects. Building pipelines and engaging passive talent through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, talent databases, and other sourcing channels
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Identify and engage passive candidates and generate interest in career opportunities
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop sourcing strategies
- Conduct talent mapping and provide market insights on candidate availability and hiring trends
- Support Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the sourcing process
Requirements:
- Fluent English and French language, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in active sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement
- Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, or blue-collar roles will be a strong advantage
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and online sourcing skills
- Ability to identify, attract, and build relationships with passive candidates
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, international environment
